Harlan County Campground - Putney Trailhead
The Putney Trailhead to the Black Mountain Adventure Park is located on highway 119 in Harlan County Kentucky. There are over 250 miles of trails, located on over 7000 acres of land. We offer trails for every type of off-road vehicles, from ATV’s & dirt bikes to 4x4 vehicles. Trails are mapped and rated by difficulty. Located right on the trailhead nine rental cabins, everything from small primitive cabins, up to three bedroom cabins with hot tubs. There are two shower houses, laundry mat, and a trail shop.
We also have over 20 RV sites, as well as unlimited primitive camping on the 140 acre campground – all located right on the trailhead.
