The winery and vineyard boasts the use of barrels crafted at East Bernstadt Cooperage by Ronnie Robinson. The barrels are constructed of white oak from the region to enhance flavor. Sinking Valley Winery offers concord wines in sweet, semi-sweet and dry varieties.
