Casey County Apple Festival
Held in downtown Liberty, Kentucky annually the 4th weekend in September.
The festival features some 200 vendors displaying arts and crafts, food and flea market booths, plus various pageants. Free live musical entertainment, children's and youth contests, food, parade, and a carnival.
The showpiece of the festival is the giant 10-foot Apple Pie, made from scratch and served free to the public at noon on Saturday.
