Somerset, KY – TOUR Southern and Eastern Kentucky (TOUR SEKY) staff visited tourism attractions in Morgan County earlier this month. Judge executive Tim Conley hosted Jeff Crowe, TOUR President/CEO and Maggie Bill, Community Outreach Specialist during the TOUR.

Crowe and Bill toured the Holbrook Brothers Sorghum Mill in West Liberty. The mill has been in business for more than 20 years and ships sorghum to customers across the nation. The Holbrook Brothers allow schools, locals and tourists the opportunity to tour the facility and learn about the sorghum making process and agritourism.

Crowe and Bill visited other popular tourist attractions in the county including the Twin Tunnel and the Community Park and amphitheater. “We all have hidden gems in our communities that we sometimes take for granted,” said Crowe. “It is our goal to help our local leaders promote and market their attractions.”
