Two TOUR Southern and Eastern Kentucky (TOUR SEKY) staff members recently completed certification tracks through The Grants Management Certificate Program.

Michelle King, CPA, TOUR SEKY Chief Financial Officer completed the program’s Federal Track. King participated in eight different classes to complete the certification. Courses in the program included Federal Assistance Law, Appropriations Law and Advanced Cost Principals. This is King’s third certification through The Grants Management Program. She was previously certified in the Pass-Through Track and the Recipient Track.

Sandy Roseberry, TOUR SEKY Grants Specialist completed the program’s Recipient Track. Roseberry participated in 8 classes including Applying for Federal Grants and Cooperative Agreements, Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cost Principals. This is Roseberry’s second certification through The Grants Management Program. She received the Pass-Through Track Certification February, 2010.
