The 9th Annual Kentucky Black Bear Festival, located in downtown Cumberland, KY. You can enjoy rides, festival food, games, vendors, car show, petting zoo, big stage where we have bands, dancers, and storytellers for both days.
The Kentucky Black Bear Festival is in celebration of the return of the Black Bear to our area. We try to focus on the education of living with the bears and safety. We also educate on the many different types of animals that live in these beautiful mountains. Come discover the fun in the Black Bear Capital of Kentucky...Cumberland!
