Artistic Adventures A strong independent streak and a sense of community form a surprising and unique synergy that is the core of art in Kentucky. A crucial common thread among many established Kentucky artists and craftsmen is their desire to pass along knowledge and skills to emerging artists. Many artists in our region welcome visitors into their studious for demonstrations and gallery tours.

Summer Motion

The Summer Motion Festival in Ashland offers a quirky combination of activities and entertainment. There’s something to appeal to the broad range of event guests, whether it’s a sports competitions, a car show, crafts or a 10k race. Music ranges from rock to country and everything in between.
